Spooky season is finally here! With October comes Halloween parties! If you are always on the go, but still want to plan a Witches Night Out, or a Spooktacular Soiree, you can in fact plan an entire Halloween get together from your smart phone or tablet! Read on for some awesome tips, tricks and treats for party planning from wherever you are!
Skip the paper invites, go digital!
Evites are a quick and easy way to send out invitations and track your RSVP’s. One of my favorite evite platforms is evite.com. There are so many different invitation designs to choose from. It also lets you monitor who’s coming, send out reminders and add host notes if you have any last-minute changes!
You’ve sent your invites… now what? Menu planning can be a daunting task. Your food and drink selection doesn’t have to be boring, but it also doesn’t have to be complicated! Do you have the Pinterest app? There are hundreds of pins of simple yet creative themed snacks and drinks! You can create your own pinboard of ideas and recipes you’d like to use. Once you’ve found a few that you love- open up your notes and start a shopping list!
Décor and More!
What’s a Halloween party without a little bit of décor or a costume? Whether you’d like to add some subtle touches or go all out, there are plenty of places online to execute that inspiration you may have found on Pinterest! Amazon and Party City are a few great places for one stop one click shopping. You can browse online or on the apps and have the décor or costume shipped straight to your house in just a few days!
Rock your party!
The day of your party is here! Your place is decorated, your snacks are ready to go, and now you just need to set the spooky mood for your big night. You need the perfect playlist! Luckily for you, the Spotify app has a ton of songs fit for all of the monsters, witches, ghosts and ghouls out there. Once the party is in full swing you can use your TCC smartphone’s awesome camera to capture the moment.
