Happy World Teachers’ Day!
People love to give these fun days throughout the year a bad rap, but did you know that there’s history behind World Teachers’ Day? Today commemorates the signing of the 1966 UNESCO/ILO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers. Today is a day meant to appreciate teachers and all they do.
Here at TCC, we celebrate teachers every year with our Teachers Rock event! Each TCC store across the country chooses a local school to deliver supplies to. Take a look at some pictures from this year’s Teachers Rock event that took place the week of February 12-16, 2018.
