Our Executives

Scott Moorehead
Chief Executive OfficerScott Moorehead is the CEO of Round Room and each of its entities: TCC, Wireless Zone, Culture of Good, and Redux. These combined entities eclipsed $2 billion in revenue in 2017 making Round Room one of the five largest privately held companies in the state of Indiana. He has been in this role since 2008. With nearly 20 years of experience in the company, Scott has held various positions of increasing accountability along the way.
Under Scott’s direction as CEO, TCC has grown from annual revenues of $135 million to “one of the biggest damn small companies on the planet.” TCC was named to the Inc. 500/5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing private companies for four consecutive years and has maintained a position in the rankings of the Hire Power Awards from Inc. Magazine as one of the country’s top job creators. In 2022, Scott received the Burton D. Morgan Entrepreneurship Award from Purdue University. He has been placed on multiple 40 under 40 lists for high achievers and leadership in business, was listed on Glassdoor’s list of the highest rated CEO’s during COVID-19, and in 2018, Scott was recognized by Ernst & Young as Entrepreneur of the Year. Scott’s involvement inside the philanthropic world revolves around several organizations. He co-founded The Moorehead Family Foundation, which has evolved into what is now called TCC Gives. To date, this philanthropic arm of TCC has given away over $4 million. He also founded The Culture of Good as the first certified Benefit Corporation (B-Corp) in the state of Indiana. He and his COG partner, Ryan McCarty, co-authored a book titled, ‘Build A Culture of Good’. He has held multiple nonprofit board of director positions donating both time and treasure to make the world a better place. Currently he is President of Friends of IU Health, a nonprofit organization with a mission to raise money for adult life programs within the IU Hospital Network.
Scott is a recognized thought leader and subject-matter expert in what it takes to create and develop a purposeful for-profit organization that abides by the philosophy of doing well by doing good. He has recently begun speaking to many organizations across the country building the momentum to help eliminate extreme corporate greed. Scott is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Scott resides in Carmel, IN with his wife and two children. Personally, he confesses to be a “Yippy”, which is a purebred cross between a yuppy and a hippy. Scott seeks out experiences that feed the spirit of both the world’s finer things as well as connecting with the Earth and ALL its wonderful people!

Chad Jensen
PresidentChad Jensen became the president of TCC and Wireless Zone in 2019. Previous to his current position, Chad held roles of increasing accountability including running finance, supply chain, IT, and HR. Chad began working for TCC in 2009 as chief financial officer. Throughout his career, he has held various financial and consulting roles at Lincoln Financial Group, Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers, continuously progressing to more accountable roles within each organization at a rapid pace.
Chad has been recognized two times as CFO of the year by the Indiana Business Journal.
Chad serves on the regional advisory board and governing board for Make-A-Wish Foundation and has previously served on the board of the Indiana chapter of the American Red Cross.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Chad earned a double major in accounting and finance. He and his wife Calhoun have been married for over 20 years and have two children: Chayse and Katie.

Wade Alter
Executive Vice President of SalesWade Alter joined TCC in 1999 and is the Executive Vice President of Sales. He leads sales, acquisitions,and growth of Wireless Zone® andTCC dealer divisions across 720 North American retail stores.Previously, Wade held leadership positions in operations, sales, marketing, major acquisitions, and startup ventures. He is a dynamic leader who focuses on driving business forward by focusing on people first, and leading through transparency, influence, and buy-in.
Wade has been involved with organizations such as the Children’s Tumor Foundation, Robbie’s Hope, Adopt a Soldier, and Londyn Time. He enjoys sharing leadership experience with others in and outside of work, and he is currently executive chair of MILE Mentorship Group.
Wade attended Indiana State University and Indiana University, where he studied psychology and criminology. When not working, Wade enjoys spending time entertaining friends and family with his wife and children, who are active in sports, art, and exploring the great outdoors. Personally, Wade loves diving into health and fitness, science, nature, and history.

Jason Buck
Executive Vice President of SalesJason is an experienced sales leader for TCC’s legacy store locations in the West, Midwest, and South. He has been in this role since 2019. Prior to his current position as Executive Vice President of Sales, he was the Vice President of Marketing from 2012 through 2018. Jason is passionate about making connections with his people and drives the business with a “field-first” mentality. He takes pride in providing an excellent customer and employee experience.
In addition to his sales leadership role, Jason is a member of the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. He received his DEI in the Workplace certificate from Cornell University in 2023. Jason is also an active member in TCC’s employee resource groups.
Jason grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a major in public health and a focus in health administration. He worked in long-term healthcare for 17 years prior to joining TCC. Jason and his wife, Staci, were married in 1998, and have four children. He and his family are passionate about clean water initiatives across the world. Personally, Jason loves music, traveling, golf, and following his favorite sports teams.

Frank Gumino
Chief Information OfficerFrank Gumino joined TCC in 2015 and is the CIO. He is responsible for information technology, business intelligence, security, and operational support for the wireless division. Frank brings more than 30 years of IT experience to the company. He has worked in corporate IT functions for several large businesses, including U.S. Steel, Temple-Inland, Liberty Mutual, and Delco Remy, as well as IT consulting services firms.
Frank has assisted numerous organizations in building strong IT teams that are known for customer service, communications, and delivering results. His breadth of experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, business intelligence, project and program management, custom software development, and advisory work in the areas of IT governance, project portfolio management and IT strategy. Frank and his team have led TCC though several strategic program changes including multiple SaaS based ERP, POS and HCM implementations, as well as a simplification and standardization of our store infrastructure.
In addition to a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Frank also has a Bachelor of Science in computer technology from Youngstown State University and a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University. He has worked as an adjunct professor at Anderson University, teaching project management in its MBA program.
Frank was vice-chair and served on the board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Indiana, helping raise over $350,000 for the cause. He is also currently a community board advisor for Versiti Blood Centers of Michigan and an advocate for Make-a-Wish.
Frank and his wife, Bobbi, have been married for 26 years and reside in South Haven, MI. They have four adult children along with three grandchildren.

Ken Hearld
Executive Vice President of FinanceKen Hearld has been with TCC for 10+ years and became the Executive Vice President of Finance in 2019. Before his current position, he served in several other financial leadership roles of increasing accountability within the company. Ken’s favorite aspect of his current role is supporting his team and helping them realize their personal and professional goals.
Ken earned a Master of Business Administration and has over 25 years of financial leadership experience across several diverse industries, including retail and service, manufacturing, banking, and technology. Ken has held roles with organizations ranging in size from startups to public companies, notably Nielsen Media, BIC Graphics, and First National Bank.
Ken serves on the board of A Kid Again, a nonprofit organization supporting the family needs of children with life-threatening health conditions.
He and his wife, April, are raising two boys: Jack and Charlie. When not coaching the kids’ sporting endeavors, Ken and April enjoy pickleball and entertaining friends and family at their home in Indiana.

Angela Robinson
Executive Vice President of Legal AffairsAngela Robinson joined TCC in 2015 and is the Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs. She is the key legal advisor and strategic business partner to the operations, finance, human resources, and real estate departments. Prior to her current role, she served as in-house counsel for various businesses in Indianapolis.
Angela graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in education. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She has also received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Angela serves on the board of Prevail of Central Indiana, a nonprofit that provides crisis intervention and restorative support services for adult, adolescent, and child survivors of crime and abuse. She is actively involved with the Humane Society and is also passionate about supporting veterans and children in need.
Angela has been married since 2002 and has two very active boys. She loves spending time with her family, and she is passionate about fitness while living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Jay Sichting
Chief Operations OfficerJay Sichting became the COO of TCC in 2018. Before his current position, he held roles of increasing accountability within the company for 23 years, from regional sales manager, corporate trainer, Vice President of Operations, and CAO. Jay has been in the wireless industry for over 27 years, starting at GTE Mobilnet in 1994, and moving to Moorehead Communications in 1998. In 2021, he received the Bronze Stevie® Award for Achievement in Management.
Jay serves on the board of Best Buddies Indiana, working to raise awareness for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through friendship, leadership development, and job placement opportunities. He is actively involved with More Than a Phone, a nonprofit that keeps domestic violence survivors safely connected through free smartphones and data service, and served on their board for six years. Jay also passionately supports animal rescue
organizations and his local parks and recreation programs in Brown County.
A graduate of Franklin College, Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance and marketing. He lives in Brown County with his wife, Emily, and their three sons: Will, Eli, and Jack.

Mike Trimble
Executive Vice President of SalesMike Trimble joined TCC in 2008 and is the Executive Vice President of Sales. Previously, Mike has held positions of increasing accountability within the company, from roles in the dealer division, leadership at H. H. Gregg, operations, and distribution. Mike has over 27 years of experience in the wireless industry, including stops along the way at AT&T and T-Mobile before landing at TCC.
Leading and serving on multiple nonprofit boards and campaigns has been instrumental to Mike’s personal growth. He has been involved with organizations such as Autism Speaks, Nick’s Kids, SARCC, Wounded Warrior, and Make a Difference.
Mike attended Penn State University, where he also played college baseball. Being a loyal, dedicated and committed leader on and off the field has been enjoyable and rewarding journey for Mike and his growing family. His wife, Robin, two amazing children, Jazmine and Iziah, and two grandchildren, Riley and Carter, rejuvenate his passionate desire to serve and lead daily.
