We are constantly striving to improve the experience our customers have when shopping at TCC. Whether it’s hiring the best reps to provide top-notch customer service, having the best network (Verizon, of course), or offering great deals on the latest devices, we do it because it’s what our customers deserve.
Our physical store locations are one of the most essential components of the entire customer experience. Each month, we are renovating stores with a new and improved look, relocating to more desirable areas, and opening brand new ones. Since TCC is also committed to giving back and improving our local communities, whenever we remodel, relocate, or open a new store, we donate up to $1,500 to a local nonprofit chosen by the employees of that location.
Grand opening donations are just one of the many ways TCC gives back. Throughout the year, we hold four Community Events that help different groups of people. Our current events are Teachers Rock, Kids Rock, School Rocks, and Veterans Rock. We also give our employees the opportunity to partner with a nonprofit to apply for community grants worth up to $10,000. If you have a nonprofit you work with and are interested in applying for a grant, visit your local TCC store and talk to a sales representative!
