better together

The Culture of Good is a cultural movement launched in 2013. TCC’s Culture of Good is all about doing good in its local communities where stores are located. When you choose to shop at TCC, portions of your sale go directly back into the community.

Efforts of good happen on all levels of TCC, from company-wide initiatives to personal efforts made by each individual employee.

Big Good
Our Big Good is done through company-wide quarterly campaigns that give back to a specific group of people.

  • Teacher Rock Campaign: Each TCC store selects 10 local school teachers to receive a “Care Kit” full of school supplies.
  • Nursing Homes Rock Campaign: During National Nursing Home Week, each TCC store selects a local nursing home to give ”Care Kits” to.
  • School Rock Campaign: TCC gives away over 125,000 backpacks with school supplies to children in need.
Veterans Rock Campaign: Each TCC store chooses five veterans to honor during Veterans Day. Each veteran will receive a “Care Kit”.

Our Good
Our Good is done through individual stores with Adopt An Organization. Every single TCC store has chosen a nonprofit organization in their community to help out by fundraising and volunteering.

My Good
Each TCC employee gets volunteer hours to give back to a cause they’re passionate about.
