To start, there’s so many different ways you can shop! Our stores are open and operating, so you can visit in-store like usual. Curbside service is a brand-new feature, available at select locations. (Just call your local TCC store to see if they offer it before visiting!) With this option, you’ll get full service, exactly like you would if you went in-store, all without leaving your car.
You can also shop without even leaving your house. Order the latest smartphones, tablets and more online and get free 2-day shipping straight to your home. Fill out the express order form here. You can also call our contact center at 833-822-7625, and our Customer Care Team will be able to help you with all your wireless needs over the phone.
We’ve greatly reduced the number of touchpoints in the store and have made the transaction process much safer. You can now review and sign agreements directly from your own device and digitally authorize your account. Plus, touchless payment, like Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, is now accepted in our stores.
If you do choose to shop in-store, there’s a few things to know ahead of time. We currently have a 10-person limit inside, including our staff, in order to properly allow social distancing. We also require a mask to be worn at all times in-store that covers both the mouth and nose.
