Verizon stores* accept your unwanted mobile devices, Stream TV and other streaming devices** for recycling. Bring your devices with or without their rechargeable batteries, chargers and cables. Keep in mind - Recycling is for devices that are outside of our 30-day return policy. *Authorized Retailer locations may not accept cell phones, etc., for recycling. We accept and recycle rechargeable batteries that weigh less than 2 lbs. or 1 kg. Only rechargeable nickel cadmium, nickel metal hydride, lithium ion and small, sealed lead* batteries are accepted. The recovered metals are used to make new products, including new rechargeable batteries. Alkaline batteries and non-rechargeable batteries can't be recycled at our stores.
