At TCC, we like to go above and beyond the role of a wireless retailer; we care about the communities where our stores are located and use our company’s size to do good on a nation-wide scale. Each quarter, we have a different volunteer initiative that gives back to a specific group of people: teachers, students, nursing homes, and for this quarter, veterans.
With Veterans Day right around the corner, we chose this campaign to say thank you.
“We’re excited to launch Veterans Rock to recognize and give back to our veterans who are so deserving of these care packages,” said Scott Moorehead, CEO. “This new initiative is just a small token of our appreciation and gratitude for those who have served, and we look forward to putting a smile on their faces.”
How can you get involved?
Each TCC Verizon store is giving away 5 care kits full of books, puzzles, hygiene items, and more. If you know a veteran in need, stop by your neighborhood TCC store from 10/16 though 10/27 to nominate them! Names will be drawn at random, and pick up times will be arranged with the selected veterans during November 6-10. Watch this short video to learn more.
