TCC is proud to announce that we are among the winners of the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards and made the list of Best Places to Work in 2024. Glassdoor is one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites. It hosts job listings and allows former and current employees to anonymously review their workplaces.
Unlike other awards, there is no self-nomination or application process. This award is entirely based on the feedback our employees have voluntarily and anonymously shared on our Glassdoor page. To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year. This year, we have been recognized as a Best Place to Work among U.S. companies with more than 1,000 employees. This is the second time we have been awarded this honor.
