Great news, your new device is on the way!
So, what do you do when it arrives?
Turn on your new device and follow the activation steps.
Your new device will need to be activated before manually processing your trade-in.
Did you participate in a trade-in offer?
If during your order, your agent applied your trade in information you should have chosen between a QR code or UPS label. You will receive an email from Verizon with the method you chose along with instructions. Please be sure to have your trade in shipped back and received within the allotted 30 day window.
Before trading in an Apple device, you must turn off the Find My iPhone feature.
>Go to Settings > click on Your Name at the very top > iCloud > Find My iPhone
From here, click the green slider to turn off. Once selected, you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password in the pop-up window. Then, tap “Turn Off” to confirm.
Did not receive your trade in QR code or Shipping Label?
You can find, cancel or change your applied trade in information by logging into your My Verizon account. >Go to My Orders> click on trade in order.

With this option, your new device needs to be activated before processing a your trade in. Step 1: Sign in to your My Verizon account. *You MUST be logged into your My Verizon Account to view and claim your trade-in promotion. You can log in on the My Verizon app or at www.verizon.com.
