TCC Promotional Alerts

1. TCC Promotional Alerts is a mobile messaging program that provides customers with promotional offers, product announcements, exclusive deals, and store events from The Cellular Connection (TCC). By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages via our SMS short code.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS "STOP", we will send you a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, just sign up again and we will resume sending messages to you.

3. If you're experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance. You can also contact us directly at [email protected] or call 844-822-7625.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
