Great news, your new device is on the way! So, what’s next?

Simply turn on your new device to start the activation process.

 

Having trouble accepting terms and conditions?

If you are having issues accepting the terms and conditions through your email, click here.

 

Did you participate in a trade-in offer?

You’ll need to manually process your trade-in here.

Login to your My Verizon profile by selecting “Sign In” and complete the trade-in process.

Important: Don’t forget to delete all content and data on your device, and deactivate any security passwords to enable access before you trade. Trading without doing these steps will result in a $0 appraisal for your device.

 

Before trading in an Apple device, you must turn off the Find My iPhone feature.

Go to Settings > click on Your Name at the very top > iCloud > Find My iPhone

From here, click the green slider to turn off. Once selected, you will be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password in the pop-up window. Then, tap “Turn Off” to confirm.

 

Unless you want to start with a blank slate, you’ll definitely want to transfer all the content from your old device to your new one.
